What to Bring:

To make the most of your day on the lake, we recommend bringing:

  • Driver's licence, valid boat licence, and security bond (cash or credit card authority)

  • Food and drinks (water is essential!)

  • Swimmers, beach towels, and sunscreen (SPF 30+)

  • Insect repellent

  • Fishing rods, bait, lines, and a valid fishing licence

  • Snorkelling gear (optional)

  • Esky (optional)

Please note: All rubbish must be collected and kept inside the boat for disposal - no waste is to be thrown overboard into the lake.

Fishing Rods and Tackle are available as an add-on to your booking at checkout.

  • Choose your preferred boat for your adventure, from our BQQ Pontoon to our 4.5m Dory and book your experience through our website.

  • Arrive at the Valentine Public Warf 15 minutes prior to your booking for a safety and navigation briefing from our team.

  • Head out and enjoy Lake Macquarie, whether for a fishing trip, a family day out, a birthday or scenic cruise.

  • Return to Valentine Public Warf and we will take care of the rest!
